The shipping time for all orders is 3-5 business days. The processing time for all orders is 3-5 business days The processing time for a custom wig order is 7-14 business days.. If there is a delay in processing time, you will be notified by customer service. Over night shipping (1-2 business days) occurs only after the processing and shipping time, which means the earliest you can receive a custom wig order is 13 business days from the day you place the order. Holidays are not included in the specified time frames. Shipping time plus processing time is how long it will take for your order to be delivered to you. The shipping and processing time frames are subject to an increase during high volume peak seasons. It is highly encouraged that you plan ahead and shop early in the event of our peak seasons in order to receive your product on time. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays and/or weather.
